Bookings
 

• Bookings made through Sykes Cottages follow Sykes’ full Terms & Conditions.

• All direct enquiries through this website are provisional until confirmed by us.
   

Payments
 

• Currently all payments are handled securely through: Sykes Cottages

• We plan to introduce direct booking in the near future.
   

Guest Responsibilities
 

Guests agree to:

• Treat the property with respect

• Report any damage immediately

• Follow hot tub and fire safety instructions

• Supervise children, especially around stairs, garden and hot tub
   

Dogs are welcome but must:
 

• Be kept off furniture

• Not be left unattended in the property

• Be cleaned up after in the garden
   

Security Deposit

A refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £500 is required for all bookings. This is handled securely through Sykes Cottages and returned after the property has been checked.

Cancellations
 

Cancellations follow Sykes Cottages’ policy unless booked directly with us.
